It’s great to see that our home is booking up so nicely, but when it’s booked for the entire month, it’s very exciting.  We go out of our way to make sure that fair pricing and special offers attract more visitors to our home.

If there are any gap dates or dates in between bookings, you can pick them up at a great value price.   A typical home is successful when it rents out for 50% of the time, we believe that it’s better to rent for 100% of the time and offer 50% off the pricing.  That’s just our take, and it seems that the guests appreciate the value.  Mickey’s Ranch is a relatively new home rental at Windsor Hills as we purchased it just last year.

We love the facilities at Windsor Hills and we find that the convenient location near Disneyworld and Disney Attractions and Theme Parks is a great plus.  Sometimes we just stay by the pool and chill out, the kids love the playground, basketball, tennis and mini golf and my wife and I enjoy the gym, ping pong and sitting in the theater to watch a private screening of a movie.  Some days, we never leave the ranch….we enjoy the pool in the yard, the new pool table and the great environment to just sit back and relax.

The pool and slide are among the nicest we have ever seen.

We’re so excited at Mickey’s Ranch that the home has been so enjoyable for us as a family and we’re not surprised that others find it as a great place to stay for a great family vacation at a true value price.

It’s only one year ago since we decided to open Mickey’s Ranch as a vacation villa for guests. We are proud to boast of our amazing success with getting the place rented out.
